Terms of Service
Agreement
These terms form an agreement between your organisation and [Legal entity name], ABN [ABN] for use of QORDEL 360.
Accounts and users
Each user must have their own login. Shared accounts are not permitted. The organisation administrator is responsible for managing users and permissions.
Subscriptions and fees
Plans are billed in Australian dollars monthly, every six months or annually in advance. Each subscription includes one user; additional users are charged per user. GST treatment will be confirmed before live billing.
Free trial
One 5-day free trial is available per eligible organisation. No payment details are required and you will not be charged automatically when the trial ends.
Expiry and read-only access
If a trial or subscription ends, records remain viewable in read-only mode for 60 days. After 60 days, normal access is blocked until the subscription is renewed. Data is not automatically deleted because a subscription expires.
No certification guarantee
QORDEL 360 is a software tool. Its use does not guarantee ISO certification, regulatory approval or legal compliance.
Your data
Your organisation owns the business records it enters, subject to these terms. You can export your records at any time while you have access.
Liability
