Subscription Cancellation Policy
Cancelling
Organisation administrators can cancel from the Billing page at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal.
Access after cancelling
Full access continues until the end of the current paid period. After that, records become read-only for 60 days, then normal access is blocked until reactivation.
Refunds
Prepaid periods are not refunded on cancellation, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law. [Confirm refund position before launch.]
User licences
Additional users added mid-term are prorated for the remaining term. Licence reductions take effect immediately and are not refunded for the remaining term.
Reactivation
You can resubscribe at any time from the Billing page. Existing records are preserved and access is restored automatically once payment is confirmed.
